Personal Data Policy at EXERCERE ApS

We only collect personal data in cases where this should be relevant to us and we will only obtain personal data if relevant to your activity at Exercere ApS.

When collecting, processing and using your personal data, we always comply with all relevant and applicable legal provisions.

We will only keep your personal data as long as we are either subject to a legal obligation to do so or as long as it is relevant to the intention of them being collected.

Information We collect:

If you want to buy and receive a product or service from us, we need to collect certain personal data in order to complete the deal and to offer you our services. We use Cookies to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart while using our webshop.

We can obtain information such as Name, e-mail address, postal address, delivery address (if it varies from postal address), telephone number and payment information.

Exercere ApS collects and processes your personal data when you make the following:

- Visiting our website

- Completing a purchase of our products

- Reviewing our website

- Sends us questions, complaints or feedback

Treatment basis and purpose

We obtain your regular contact information such as name and address in order to deliver the product or service you purchased from us. We will collect your email address in order to send you an order confirmation as well as a delivery confirmation.

When you pay for your product or service, we collect your name, your card data and IP address. The information collected in connection with the payment transaction is used and stored only for payment settlement and fulfillment of the agreement entered into. When completing payments, some of your data will be disclosed to Shopify Payments, including information needed to complete or support the payment, such as the total purchase amount and invoicing information.

If, during the registration process, or on our website, you have given us your consent, we will use your email address to send out a newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. All newsletters also include a link to unsubscribe. If the processing of personal data is based on your consent, you have the right at any time to revoke the consent.

If you do not want to provide the personal data that is required to complete a purchase of a product, you will unfortunately not have the opportunity to buy products from us on our website.

Your information (except your email address, if you have given consent to process it for the purpose of receipt of offers) will be deleted 2 years and 6 months after you receive your item or service.

Other recipients of personal information

We do not sell your personal data to third parties and we do not transfer your personal data to third countries.

If you choose to report our website, your name and email address will be transferred to the review page Trustpilot.

We have our website at simply.com and Payment System through Shopify Payments, which acts as our data processor. All personal data you provide on our website will be stored in simply.com Data Centers.

We use external companies as suppliers to provide our services as best as possible. These external suppliers are data processors and in some cases process personal data in connection with their supply of services to us. Our data processors only process personal data according to our instructions and in accordance with the legislation requirements for data processors.

We have entered into data processing agreements with our data processors, which is ours and your guarantee that they comply with applicable rules on the protection of your personal information.

Your rights

As the data subject, you have a number of rights that we must at all times ensure fulfillment. You have the right to request us the following:

• To access and have your personal data changed
• To get deleted personal data

You also have the right to protest the processing of your personal data and you have the right to file a complaint with a data protection authority.
