When purchasing a pre-order, please note the following:

A pre-order means that you can order an item before it has actually arrived at our warehouse.

Under the product, it is stated which week we expect your pre-order to be delivered to us.

You will receive an e-mail as soon as the order has been dispatched.

We usually only deduct the money for your order as soon as it is dispatched from our warehouse. But with pre-orders, we will deduct the money for your order before dispatch, and there will therefore be a prepayment of the order.

If there is an item in your order that is a pre-order, we will only ship your entire order once all items are in stock.
