FIND THE RIGHT SUPPORT FOR YOUR BREAST

When choosing a sports bra, it is important to take your body shape and size into account. A sports bra should fit tightly and support the breasts without restricting one's freedom of movement. If a sports bra is too tight, it can impede one's breathing and lead to skin irritation, while a loose sports bra will not provide the necessary support and can lead to discomfort or even damage to the breast tissue.

If you have a larger bust, look for a sports bra with wider straps and a more supportive construction, like our Neaty bra 2.0 sports bra. Also remember that you don't need to buy a smaller cup size to keep your breasts in place, because that's what the sports bra is for - even if you have large breasts. It is important to choose a sports bra with the right support, as different types of exercise require different levels of support. A sports bra that doesn't provide enough support can cause discomfort and pain, leading to potential long-term damage to your breast tissue.
