Christmas delivery & return 2023

Do you need to return your Christmas present or exchange a Christmas present? Return/exchange of Christmas presents bought after 1 November 2023 must be done no later than 8 January 2024.

We have extended the return options for Christmas presents purchased after 1 November 2023. If the Christmas present needs to be exchanged, you have two choices: exchange it for a gift card or another item in the same size or color.

Order no later than Tuesday 18 December for delivery before Christmas.

Exchange for gift card

If you wish to exchange for a credit certificate, please use our portal  https://return.shipmondo.com/exercere and choose exchange. Remember to enclose a note in the package where you write:

• Order number
• The new email credit slip must be sent to

If the order number is not enclosed with the Christmas gift or you do not know the order number, please contact us at contact@exercere.dk

After we receive your return shipment in our warehouse, we have a processing time of 7-10 working days. As soon as your shipment has been processed, the gift card will be issued to the email address stated on the note.

Exchange for another size or color

Would you like to receive a different size or color? please use our portal https://return.shipmondo.com/exercere and select exchange. Remember to enclose a note in the package where you write:

• Order number
• Which styles/products you want to exchange and for which size
• Information on the new recipient. Name, address, email and telephone number
  
  

If the order number is not enclosed with the Christmas gift or you do not know the order number, please contact us at contact@exercere.dk

After we receive your return shipment in our warehouse, we have a processing time of 7-10 working days. If your desired goods are not in stock, you will be able to be issued a credit note instead. As soon as your shipment is processed, we will ship your new sizes.

Returning a Christmas present

Do you need to return your Christmas present? Please use our portal https://return.shipmondo.com/exercere and select return.

If the order number is not enclosed with the Christmas gift or you do not know the order number, please contact us at contact@exercere.dk

After we receive your return shipment in our warehouse, we have a processing time of 7-10 working days. As soon as your shipment has been processed, the refund will be made to the card used for the purchase.
