We offer free shipping for orders exceeding the following amounts:
- Denmark: 800 DKK
- Sweden: 1100 SEK
- Norway: 1200 NOK
- Europe: 110 EUR
- United States: 125 USD
- United Kingdom: 95 GBP
- Rest of the world: 150 EUR
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates vary by destination:
- Sweden: from 65 SEK
- Norway: from 70 NOK
- Europe: from 5 EUR
- United States: from 10 USD
- United Kingdom: from 5 GBP
- Switzerland: FROM 7 CHF
Please note: A replacement or refund can only be issued if the package is officially declared missing.
Returns
All orders are subject to our standard 30-day return policy, which begins on the day you place your order.
Return shipping costs are at the buyer's own expense. The customer assumes the transport risk until the return has been received. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, so the package can be traced until it reaches us.
We will only accept returns if the following conditions are met:
- The items are returned in their original, unused condition
- The return is made within the 30-day return window
- Items are properly and securely packaged
- The products are free from perfume, makeup, or smoke odors
- All hangtags and labels are intact and have not been removed or damaged
Our return portal is only available to customers located in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Latvia, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

- We only accept direct deliveries. Packages sent to a pickup point will not be collected.
