A good sports bra must be chosen according to breast size, form of training, material - and of course that it feels comfortable for you. The best part is that they are available in a multitude of different styles, colors and materials. That's why it's easy to find one that fits your personal style, whether it's classic or trendy.

FIND THE RIGHT SUPPORT FOR YOUR BREAST

When choosing a sports bra, it is important to take your body shape and size into account. A sports bra should fit tightly and support the breasts without restricting one's freedom of movement. If a sports bra is too tight, it can impede one's breathing and lead to skin irritation, while a loose sports bra will not provide the necessary support and can lead to discomfort or even damage to the breast tissue.

If you have a larger bust, look for a sports bra with wider straps and a more supportive construction, like our Neaty bra 2.0 sports bra. Also remember that you don't need to buy a smaller cup size to keep your breasts in place, because that's what the sports bra is for - even if you have large breasts. If you have a smaller bust, we recommend going for a sports bra that is lighter with less support, like our One Shoulder sports bra.

A tip if you struggle to find a sports bra that provides enough support is to buy one with padding. All our sports bras have removable inserts so they can be taken in or out as needed.

MIX & MATCH SPORTS BRAS AND TIGHTS

All of our sports bras have matching tights, but you can also mix and match across both models or colors to create your own unique workout kit that fits right in with your style, so you can feel comfortable and confident during your workout .

SPORTS BRAS FOR DIFFERENT FORMS OF TRAINING

It is important to choose a sports bra with the right support, as different types of exercise require different levels of support. A sports bra that doesn't provide enough support can cause discomfort and pain, leading to potential long-term damage to your breast tissue. On the other hand, a sports bra that provides too much support can restrict movement and cause breathing difficulties, especially during high-intensity activities.

For low-intensity workouts, such as yoga or pilates, a low-support sports bra will suffice, such as our One Shoulder Bra.

Sports bras with medium support are a good choice for forms of exercise such as cycling or for hiking. However, they can also function as a good all-around sports bra if, for example, you have just started training and are in the process of finding your preferred form of training.
