Return using a few steps

Exercere gives you the right to a 30-day return from the date you placed your order.

Return conditions - Read this before returning

We will not take your package back if:

1. The goods do not appear as new
2. The return period of 30 days has been exceeded
3. The goods are not properly packed.
4. The goods have been given perfume, make-up, exposed to the smell of smoke.
5. Hangtags or tags have been removed/damaged.

In the case of returning goods, the customer pays for all postage. As a customer, you assume the transport risk in the event of a return.

Exchange

Exchange to another size using just a few steps

Exercere entitles you to a 30-day exchange from the date you placed your order.

Exchange conditions* - Read this before exchanging for free

We cannot exchange your item if:

1. The goods do not appear as new
2. The exchange period of 30 days has been exceeded
3. The goods are not properly packed.
4. The goods have been given perfume, make-up, exposed to the smell of smoke.
5. Hangtags or tags have been removed/damaged.

In case of exchange of goods for another size, exercisers pay for all postage. It is only possible to exchange the same product for a different size. We can accommodate the exchange if the desired size is in stock. If we receive your package and the desired size is not in stock, you will get the money back instead.

**NOTE enclose a note in the package where you write which sizes should be exchanged for.

To ensure a fast and secure processing of your return, we kindly ask you to use our returns portal to send goods back. If you wish to send returns in another way, please contact us in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the receipt or processing of returns sent outside of our system unless this has been agreed in advance.

Complaint

If you have a product with a manufacturing defect or want to advertise a product, you must send an email with pictures to contact@exercere.dk

You will then be informed of any further progress in connection with your complaint.
