Please note: A replacement or refund can only be issued if the package is officially declared missing.
Returns
All orders are subject to our standard 30-day return policy, which begins on the day you place your order.
Return shipping costs are at the buyer's own expense. The customer assumes the transport risk until the return has been received. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, so the package can be traced until it reaches us.

Customers outside the EU and US must arrange their own return shipping.
We will only accept returns if the following conditions are met:

The items are returned in their original, unused condition

The return is made within the 30-day return window

Items are properly and securely packaged

The products are free from perfume, makeup, or smoke odors

All hangtags and labels are intact and have not been removed or damaged

Important Information

We only accept direct deliveries. Packages sent to a pickup point will not be collected.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the package is correctly shipped to us.

Please note that direct exchanges are only available in Denmark.
Complaint
If you have received a product with a manufacturing defect or wish to submit a complaint, please send an email to contact@exercere.com with the following information:
- A description of the problem
- Pictures that clearly show the error
- Your order number
Once we have received your inquiry, we will assess the case and inform you of the further course of action. Please note that we cannot process complaints without documentation.
