Return

Easy return in a few steps

At Exercere you have a 30-day right of return from the date you placed your order.

To ensure fast and safe handling of your return shipment, we recommend that you use our return portal. If you wish to return an item in another way, please contact us in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee receipt or processing of returned goods that are sent outside our system, unless this has been agreed in advance and sent to the correct address.

Easily order a return label via our return portal, and have the QR code scanned in a GLS parcel shop. The return costs DKK 40, which is automatically deducted from your refund.

In the case of returning goods, the customer pays for all postage. As a customer, you assume the transport risk in the event of a return.

Always remember to save the receipt and tracking number as documentation in case problems arise during shipping.

Exchange

Easy replacement using just a few steps

Have you ordered the wrong size, or do you simply want to exchange for another item? Fortunately, we offer free exchange using a few steps.

At Exercere you have a 30-day exchange and return right from the date you placed your order.

You can create your exchange via our return portal , og get a QR code as a return label, which can then be scanned in a GLS parcel shop

Here you have the option to exchange for a different color, size or a completely different product. If there is a difference between the goods you wish to exchange, you will either be charged or credited for this through the portal. 

 

Credit certificate

You now also have the option of getting your refund as a credit card if you prefer. We offer free return shipping if you choose to receive your refund as a credit card. In addition, we give a bonus of 10% on top of the refunded amount when choosing this return method. You get this option at the end of the return portal, where you can choose 'credit card' as your preferred refund. Please select the return option with credit card here.

 

Complaint

If you have received a product with a manufacturing defect or wish to submit a complaint, please send an email to contact@exercere.com with the following information:

• A description of the problem
• Pictures that clearly show the error
• Your order number
  

Once we have received your inquiry, we will assess the case and inform you of the further course of action. Please note that we cannot process complaints without documentation.
