Please note that delivery times are estimates, and we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas. We therefore recommend placing your order as early as possible to avoid any disappointment.

Return and exchange

Do you need to return or exchange a Christmas present? 

If you placed your order after 1 November 2026, you can exchange your items or return them for store credit until 18 January 2027.

If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, our standard return policy applies: 30 days from the date of purchase.

Exchange for a credit

Do you want to exchange your order? Unfortunately, we are unable to process direct exchanges for orders placed from outside of Denmark. This means that, in order to exchange your item, you will need to return the original item for a giftcard and then place a new order for the correct size or color. 

If you wish to return your order for a giftcard and you're located in Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Latvia, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain or Sweden, please use our portal https://exercere.dk/pages/returportal and select a gift card as the refund option. 

If you're located outside of any of these locations, please note that customers are responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping costs. If you're returning for a store credit, please contact us by email. 

If the order number is not attached to the Christmas gift, or you do not know the order number, please contact us at contact@exercere.com.

Returning a Christmas present

Do you need to return your Christmas present for a refund? Please follow the return instructions for your location. You can find the specific information here.

After we receive your return shipment at our warehouse, we have a processing time of  up to 14 working days. As soon as your shipment is processed, the refund will be made to the card used for the purchase. Note that we cannot issue a refund to another card than the one being used when placing the order.
