When you purchase a Pre-Order, please note the following:
A pre-order allows you to order an item before it has officially arrived at our warehouse.
Under each product, you’ll find an estimated week for when we expect your pre-order to be delivered to us.
You will receive an email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Normally, we only charge your order once it has shipped from our warehouse. However, for pre-orders, we will charge your order in advance, meaning payment will be processed before dispatch.
If your order includes a pre-order item, we will ship the entire order together once all items are in stock.
Advent Calendar Shipping Information
Please note additional delivery time for our Advent Calendar. We will dispatch your order from our warehouse in week 47.
If your order includes other items along with the new collection, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are in stock.
As the calendar contains substantial items, it will be delivered in two large shipping boxes, so we recommend home delivery for optimal convenience.
We will ship your package as soon as possible from our Danish warehouse. After dispatch, please expect delivery within:
