Order
I have not received an order confirmation - what do I do?
Try checking your spam folder first. If the email is not there, there is a risk that your order has not gone through. Please contact us so we can confirm whether your order has been registered.
Please note that your payment will not be withdrawn until the item is sent - there is only a reservation until then.
I have a change to my order - can I still get this in?
Unfortunately, we cannot change your order or specified address information, as our order processes run automatically. If you have written an incorrect address, we can try to change the information as long as you are in contact with us within one hour of your purchase. If this is not possible, our delivery partner will usually return the package to us and we will refund you for the order.
If you regret your purchase, you can do the following:
Refuse receipt, after which the package will be returned to us.
Delivery
My order has exceeded the delivery time - what do I do?
If you have not received your package 5 working days after placing your order, it may be due to delays at GLS or unusual busyness in our warehouse. Please contact us so that we can ensure that you receive your goods as soon as possible.
What's the delivery time?
We deliver within 1-3 business days after placing your order.
The orders are packed in the order they arrive. For specific campaigns, such as sales and Black Friday, extended delivery times may occur in rare cases.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes, we will send you an email with your invoice and tracking number when your order has been shipped.

How long will it take before I get my money back?
We will process your return order as soon as possible once it has arrived at our warehouse. It usually takes 3-5 working days before the money is refunded. However, in rare cases it can take up to 14 days. It depends on your bank when the money appears in your account. You will receive an email when your refund has been processed.
Please note that this can be up to the current month + 1 month if you have used Mastercard or PayPal when ordering.
What do I do if I bought an item on sale but I need a different size and the offer has ended in the meantime?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to place a new order for an offer item if the offer has ended in the meantime. We therefore recommend ordering both sizes during offers/sales if you are in doubt about the size, and then exercise your right of return.
I want to buy an item as a gift - what do I do if the recipient wants to return it?
You or the recipient of the gift are always welcome to return it. Please note that we can only refund the money to the card the item was paid for.

I want to exchange my item - can I do that?
Yes, it is possible to exchange your item for another size or color. Exchange takes place by using our return portal and reading the exchange guide here: https://exercere.store/pages/levering-og-returnerin g
Items bought on sale or with a discount code can only be ordered again with the same offer if the offer prices are still valid in the shop.
There is an error on the product - what do I do?
We have very strict quality control and regularly test our products. Should you still need to make a complaint about a product, you are welcome to do so if it was purchased here on our exercere webshop.

Payment
I have problems completing my purchase - what do I do?
First try using a different browser - preferably Google Chrome, Safari or Mozilla Firefox. If this does not help, there may be a technical error. Please contact us by email: contact@exercere.dk
Other things
Do you get a sold-out item back in stock?
It depends on which item it is and whether it is a limited collection. Under each product on the website, you can sign up for sold-out items.

I recently bought an item from you that has now come on sale - can I get a refund for the difference?
Unfortunately, we cannot refund you the difference. Instead, we ask you to make use of your right of return and at the same time place a new order.
