Return Policy - Please Read Before Returning
We are unable to accept your return if any of the following apply:• The item is not in new, unused condition• The 30-day return period has expired• Original packaging, tags, or labels are missing• The item has odors, makeup stains, or similar traces of use• The item is not packaged securely for return shipment
Please note that return shipping costs are covered by the customer, and the customer is responsible for the package until it has been received and processed by our team. For any claims, please send an email to contact@exercere.com including your order number and clear pictures of the issue, so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
