Do you need to return or exchange a Christmas gift?

Christmas gifts purchased after November 1, 2025, can be returned or exchanged* until January 12, 2026.

Exchanging products

If you wish to exchange your Christmas gift, please initiate the exchange via our online return portal. You’ll be guided through the process step by step, and at the end, you’ll receive a QR code that can be scanned and used for drop-off at a GLS parcel shop. As soon as you hand in your return parcel, your exchange parcel will be released and prepared for processing.

In the return portal, you can exchange for a different color, size, or even a completely different product. If there’s a price difference between the items, you’ll either be charged or credited the corresponding amount directly in the portal.

*Please note that Exchanges are only available for customers within the EU 

Returning for a refund or store credit

If you wish to return your Christmas gift, you can easily order a return label through our return portal. Follow the steps and select the option at the bottom to receive a refund. Once the return has been created, you’ll receive a return label. The return shipping fee is based on your location, and will automatically be deducted from the refunded amount. The refund is always issued to the payment card used for the original purchase.

We offer free return shipping if you choose to receive your refund as a store credit. As an extra benefit, we’ll add 10% on top of the refunded amount if you select this option. This choice will appear in the return portal, simply select “gift card” as your preferred refund method.

Processing time

Please note that our standard processing time is up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return package at our warehouse. During busy periods, such as Black Week, Christmas, and other sales events, processing times may be longer.
