1. When does the sale start?
The sale officially starts March 31st at 8 PM CET.
However, if you sign up to become a member, you’ll get early access and receive an exclusive password by email on March 31st at 7 PM CET - giving you access to the sale ONE HOUR before everyone else.
This gives you the opportunity to shop the best deals before everyone else and before they sell out.
As an Early Access member, you'll also have the chance to receive our Limited Quilted Handbag with any purchase of 130 EUR or more - available for the first 500 orders only.
Please note that our webshop will be closed throughout March 31st and will reopen when Early Access opens at 7 PM CET.
2. Why should I sign up for Early Access?
When you sign up for Early Access, you’ll receive an exclusive password that gives you access to the sale one hour before everyone else.
This means you get the first chance to shop all deals before styles start selling out.
Early Access also gives you the opportunity to receive our FREE Limited Quilted Handbag with your order. The handbag is automatically added to purchases of 130 EUR or more - but only for the first 500 orders.
Due to limited quantities, popular styles - including the Limited Quilted Handbags - often sell out quickly during Early Access.
3. How do I know if I will get a free bag with my purchase?
Only the first 500 orders with a purchase of 130 EUR or more will receive a FREE Limited Quilted Handbag.
If you qualify, the handbag will automatically be added to your cart. However, if you prepared your cart in advance, remember to refresh the page once the sale goes live for the handbag to appear.
The handbag is only secured once your order has been completed, payment confirmed, and the handbag appears in your order confirmation. If it does not appear in your order confirmation, it unfortunately means that the handbags have already sold out.
Tip: Last year, our Limited Edition product sold out in less than 2 minutes. Therefore, we recommend preparing your cart in advance, so you’re ready to secure yours the moment early access goes live.
4. Is the bag reserved once I have it in my cart?
The Limited Quilted Handbag is only reserved once your order has been completed, payment confirmed, and the handbag appears in your final order confirmation.
If the handbag sells out, this should be indicated before checkout and it will not appear in your order confirmation.
If you prepared your cart in advance, remember to refresh the page once the sale goes live to make sure the handbag appears.
5. Can I prepare my cart before the website closes?
Yes, you can. You can prepare your cart no later than Monday, March 30th.
Your cart will be saved until you log in with your early access code for the sale on Tuesday, and the handbag will automatically be added if your order exceeds 130 EUR.
Please note that your cart needs to be refreshed for the handbag to be added.
6. Will I know if the Limited Handbag is sold out?
If the Limited Quilted Handbag is sold out, this should be indicated at checkout and it will no longer appear in your cart.
If you refresh the page, you can proceed with your order without the handbag.
Please note that due to high website traffic, there may occasionally be slight delays in stock updates. We therefore recommend double-checking your order confirmation to see whether the handbag has been included in your order.
7. Can I exchange or return the products I have purchased, and keep the Limited Handbag?
The Limited Quilted Handbag is only free when your order totals to 130 EUR or more.
This means that if you return any items from your order and the final order value falls below 130 EUR, the handbag is no longer considered a free gift. In that case, 76 EUR (the value of the handbag) will be deducted from your refund if you choose to keep it.
You are welcome to exchange items from your order, as long as your total order value remains above 130 EUR.
If you wish to return your entire order and receive a full refund, the Limited Quilted Handbag must also be returned in unused condition and in its original packaging.
8. What delivery time can I expect during the sale?
Due to the high volume of orders during the sale, slightly longer processing and delivery times may occur. Please expect an additional processing time of 3-5 business days, which may also result in longer delivery times.
