You find our return portal here
Step 1:
Log in to the return portal with your email and order number.
Step 2:
Select the items you wish to return and specify the reason for return.
Step 3:
Confirm whether you would like a refund.
Step 4:
Click "Return Item". Your return is now registered. Attach the return label to the package and drop it off at your nearest GLS parcel shop.
