    We've extended the return options for Christmas gifts purchased after November 1, 2025

    Do you need to return or exchange a Christmas gift?

    Christmas gifts purchased after November 1, 2025, can be returned until January 12, 2026.

    We recommend ordering no later than Monday, December 15th for delivery before Christmas.

    Please note that this is an estimate, and while we will do our best, we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas, depending on your location.

    Exchanging products

    Unfortunately, we are unable to process direct exchanges for orders placed from outside of Denmark. This means that, in order to exchange your item, you will need to return the original item for a refund and then place a new order for the correct size or color. We would however like to offer you to refund your for the delivery costs on your new order if you'd like.

    To return your order, please create a return label via our online return portal here. Please read the instructions on how to return your order, based on your location in the portal.
    Once you've completed the registration, you will receive a return label, which you should use to send the package back to us. The return shipping fee can be seen on our website, and the amount will be deducted from your refund once we have received and processed your return package. We want to ensure that the return process is as smooth and efficient as possible so you can receive your refund quickly.

    For returns from outside the EU, please note that customers are responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping costs. 

    Processing time

    Please note that our standard processing time is up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return package at our warehouse. During busy periods, such as Black Week, Christmas, and other sales events, processing times may be longer.
