When purchasing a pre-order, please note the following: 

A pre-order means that you can order an item before it has actually arrived at our warehouse.

Under the product, it is stated which week we expect your pre-order to be delivered to us. Once we have received the product physically in our warehouse, we will then ship out all pre-order orders as soon as possible.

You will receive an e-mail as soon as the order has been dispatched.

We usually only deduct the money for your order as soon as it is dispatched from our warehouse. But in the case of pre-orders, we will deduct the money for your order before dispatch, and there will therefore be a prepayment of the order.

If you have pre-ordered an item with other items in your order, we will only ship your entire order as soon as all items are in stock.

Advent Calendar delivery information

Note the extra delivery time on our advent calendar. We will ship your order from our warehouse in week 47.

If your order contains items other than the new collection, the entire order will only be sent together when everything is in stock. If you want to have your other items delivered faster, we recommend you place two separate orders.

As the calendar contains bulky items, it is delivered in two large shipping boxes, so we recommend home delivery for maximum convenience.

We will send your package as soon as possible from our Danish warehouse.
After the package has been sent, expect a delivery time of:
